General safety instructions for handling writing instruments and their accessories:Child safety:

Keep writing utensils out of the reach of small children to prevent them from swallowing small parts such as caps, cartridges, mechanisms, erasers. Inks, refills and erasers are not intended for consumption.

Avoid contact: Inks and the liquids in rollerball and ballpoint pen refills can be irritating. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mouth or open skin.

Be careful with sharp parts: Fountain pens, ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils and rollerballs can cause injury. Keep the tips away from sensitive surfaces and parts of the body and use the writing instruments properly.
