Shipping Conditions and Delivery Times

The following shipping conditions and delivery times apply:

Shipping Conditions

We deliver worldwide, excluding South America, Africa, Mexico and Russia.

For deliveries outside Germany, we use Deutsche Post AG, DHL Express, UPS as well as FedEx Express.

Shipping Costs

including statutory VAT where applicable

Deliveries Within Germany

We do not charge any shipping costs. Your goods will be delivered free of shipping charges.

In addition to standard shipping, we also offer express shipping. Express shipping is subject to an additional charge of EUR 15.90, which will be displayed to you during the checkout process.

Deliveries Abroad

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:

European Union including Switzerland:
EUR 9.90 for traceable premium shipping via DHL or FedEx Express.

Rest of the world:
EUR 49.90 / USD 60, depending on the selected currency, via FedEx Express. For deliveries to the USA, shipping may also be carried out via DHL/USPS.

Delivery Times Abroad

The delivery time for shipments to other EU countries is approximately 5 to 7 days.

The delivery time for all other countries is approximately 7 to 14 days.

The delivery time for shipments within Germany can be found on the respective product page.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

General Information on Delivery Times

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and about the available collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Please note that for items marked as “sold out”, the stated delivery time does not apply. The stated delivery time applies only to items that can actually be added to the shopping cart. We only keep sold-out items visible in the shop if they are expected to become available again in the foreseeable future. You can register without obligation to be notified as soon as the desired item is available again.

If you select our engraving service, the stated delivery time will be extended by approximately 2 working days.

Information for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries

For shipments to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or costs, such as customs duties, may be incurred as part of your order. These are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the competent customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

Unless otherwise agreed, the total amount displayed is the net export price for non-EU deliveries.
