Shipping policy

The following shipping conditions and delivery times apply: 

 

Shipping conditions: 

Goods are delivered worldwide (excluding South America, Africa, Mexico, and Russia). For deliveries outside Germany, we use Deutsche Post AG and the parcel service FedEx Express.

 

Shipping costs (including VAT)

- Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs. Your goods will be delivered free of charge. In addition to standard shipping, we also offer express shipping. However, this is subject to additional costs (15.90 euros), which will be displayed during the order process.

- International deliveries:
We charge a flat rate for international shipping as follows: 

European Union incl. Switzerland: 9.90 euros for traceable premium shipping via DHL or FedEx Express Rest of the world: 49.90 euros / 60 USD (depending on the selected currency) via FEDEX Express (to the USA also possible via DHL/USPS)

 

International delivery times: 

The delivery time for shipping to other EU countries is approximately 5-7 days. 

The delivery time for all other countries is approximately 7-14 days.

 

Domestic delivery times: 
The delivery time for domestic shipping (Germany) can be found on the respective product page.

 

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

 

General information on delivery times:
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

 

If you choose to collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged. *Please note that for items marked as "sold out," the stated delivery time does not apply. This only applies to items that can actually be added to the shopping cart. We only display those sold out items in the shop that will be available again in the foreseeable future. You can be notified without obligation as soon as the desired item is available again. 

 

If you select the engraving service, the stated delivery time is extended by approximately 2 working days. 

 

Information for deliveries to non-EU countries

"When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may arise in connection with your order. These are not paid or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details."
