Extended right of return until 05.01.2022

According to a study, around 60% of all German consumers buy their Christmas gifts in the week of Black Friday. Many even start shopping for Christmas gifts as early as the beginning of November. But what if you don't like the gift? Even with the legal right of withdrawal of 1 month, it becomes too close for most consumers/consumers and creates uncertainty that the gift can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Therefore, we at penfabrik offer an extended right of return until 05.01.2022 for all orders placed between 02.11.2021 and 04.12.2021. Thus, you can order in peace and do not have to worry that you can not return the item.

Of course, the statutory right of withdrawal to which you are entitled as a consumer in distance contracts is not affected or restricted in any way.

The following conditions and notes apply to the extended right of return

    • Applies to all orders via our webshop, which were sent and released between 02.11.2021 and 04.12.2021.
    • The legal right of withdrawal according to §§312g, 355 BGB will not be restricted or changed in any way. In the event of a return within your statutory withdrawal period, this always takes precedence.
    • Excluded from the extended right of return are all items that have been used, damaged or engraved. They have to be returned to us complete (including the entire OVP).
    • The declaration that you wish to return the item has to be written by mail, email, etc. to us, Marc Hansmann, Neunerweg 7, 88353 Kißlegg, info@penfabrik.com no later than 05.01.2022. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will immediately refund the purchase price.
    • Shipping costs, which were booked by additional options (such as express shipping, premium shipping abroad) will not be refunded.
    • Please send the item(s) to our address, Marc Hansmann, Neunerweg 7, 88353 Kißlegg 2 weeks after submitting your declaration at the latest. We recommend a traceable shipping method (e.g. DHL parcel), so that there are no misunderstandings in case of loss. Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods returned freight collect, which would only cause additional costs for you.
    • Your statutory rights are limited by the extended right of return or affected.
