Notice: the innerbox has the slot for a ballpoint pen. As it´s made for a ballpoint pen, the slot is too small on one side. Anyway, the rollerball fits in the box and you can close it. As the limited no. on the box fits, I assume, that the innerbox was inverted by mistake. We can provide more pictures before sending the pen.
